摘要
改革开放四十年来,我国农村发展取得巨大成就,在多个方面呈现的典型特征值得深入研究。本文从农村改革、农业发展、农民能人、农村产业、经营体制、经营主体、经营方式、信息市场、乡村治理和贫困状况十个方面,归纳了农村改革发展中"变与不变"的典型特征。运用马克思主义政治经济学的基本理论和方法,从整体上对改革开放四十年来农村改革与发展的实践进行理论阐释,并分别从"市场—资本—政府"视角和"国情—制度—立场"视角,对农村改革发展过程中的典型特征进行分析,认为我国农村改革发展中的不变特征将持续主导和引领农村改革发展的基本方向。
During the past 40years of reform and opening up,China has made great achievements and exhibited typical characteristics in rural areas.This paper summarizes the typical characteristics about "change and unchanging"in rural reform and development.These characteristics are rural reform,agricultural development,skillful farmers,rural industries,management system,management body,mode of operation,information and market,rural governance and poverty status.Based on the basic theories and methods of Marxist political economy,this paper explains the practice of rural reform and development in China,analyzes the typical characteristics of rural reform and development from the perspective of "market-capital-government" and "national conditions-system-standpoint".This paper believes that the invariable characteristics of China's rural reform and development will continue to dominate and lead the basic direction in the future.
