摘要
以丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)高胶粉、苯乙烯-丙烯腈(SAN)高胶粉和石墨鳞片粉为主要原料,通过熔融共混法制备出不同石墨鳞片粉含量的3D打印复合耗材。结果表明,随着石墨粉含量的增加,复合耗材的导电性明显提高,拉伸强度、弯曲强度和显微硬度也明显增强,但断裂延展率和冲击强度有所下降。当石墨粉含量达到30%时,复合材料的综合性能较好,可用以制成导电3D打印耗材。
Conductive 3D composite printing material were fabricated by melt blending using acrylonitrile- butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS),styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN)and graphite powders as primary raw materials.The results showed that the conductivity of composites increased with increasing of graphite content,and the tensile strength,bending strength as well as micro-penetratlon hardness were also improved with the increase of graphite content.However,the impact strength and extension at break of composites decreased with increasing of graphite content.The optimized content of graphite powders was determined as 30wt%,which can be used to fabricate conductive graphite/ABS composite 3D printing material.
