摘要
生物医用膜是根据两流体之间的浓度差和压强差,实现物质选择性分离的屏障薄膜,起到诊断、治疗、修复生物体,增进组织功能的作用。人体内有多种功能膜(如骨骼修复膜、血液透析膜、愈肤膜等),在维持人的生命上起透过和分离物质的作用。当人体内某种功能膜受到破损时,可利用人工合成膜来替换病损组织。论述了国内外生物医用膜的主要成膜方法,介绍了生物医用膜的应用研究方向,展望了生物医用膜的未来发展前景。
The biomedical membrane selectively aIlows and inhibits {he permeability of substances according to the differences of concentration and pressure between the two fluids.So the biomedical membrane improves their access to organism diagnosis,treatment and repair.There are a variety of functional membranes (such as bone repair membrane,blood dialysis membrane,the skin membrane,etc.)in the human body,maintaining human life.When a certain functional membrane in the human body is damaged,the synthetic membrane can be used to replace the damaged one.The preparation of biomedical membrane at home and abroad was briefly reviewed,summarized the application and the research direction.The development trend of biomedical membrane in the future was prospected.
