摘要
采用35MN热挤压机挤压出了φ112 mm×12 mm的Ti6321钛合金管材,研究了挤压温度、挤压速度对Ti6321钛合金管材组织的影响。结果表明:挤压对坯料的显微组织有很大的改善作用,有利于组织均匀化。挤压温度影响α晶粒的形状及α相的含量。挤压速度对显微组织没有影响,但影响挤压模具的寿命。
The φ112mm×12mm Ti6321 titanium alloy tube was extruded by 35MN hot extruder.The effects of extrusion temperature and extrusion speed on the microstructure of Ti6321 titanium alloy tube were studied.The results show that extrusion can greatly improve the microstructure of the blank,which is beneficial to the homogenization of the microstructure.The extrusion temperature affects the shape of α-grain and the content of α-phase.The extrusion speed has no effect on microstructure,but affects the life of extrusion die.
