摘要
乙烯是石油化工的龙头产品,其成本的高低对石化企业竞争力的强弱起决定性作用,而乙烯原料的选择对成本的影响极大,原料费用在乙烯生产成本中占的比例很高,因此乙烯原料轻质化可以降低成本。考虑到原料的稳定性,抚顺石化公司本着优惠互利的原则,周边企业的饱和轻烃资源已经与部分中油内部企业签订原料互供协议,原料保障较强,是典型的优势互补、资源共享双赢的案例。介绍了轻烃卸车项目在工程中的实际应用和发展,以及设计操作需要注意的问题。阐述了合理的工艺流程及生产中的安全操作会对项目的顺利实施起到保障作用。
Ethylene is the leading product of petrochemical industry.Its cost plays a decisive role in the competitiveness of petrochemical enterprises.The selection of ethylene raw materials has a great impact on the cost. Raw material cost accounts for a high proportion in the production cost of ethylene,so the lightness of ethylene raw materials can reduce the cost.Considering the stability of raw materials,Fushun Petrochemical Company has signed a mutual supply agreement with some internal enterprises of CNPC on the basis of the principle of preferential treatment and mutual benefit,taking into account the saturated light hydrocarbon resources of the surrounding enterprises.In this paper,the practical application and development of light hydrocarbon unloading project in engineering were introduced as well as the problems needing attention in design and operation.It's pointed out that reasonable technological process and safe operation in production will play a guarantee role in the smooth implementation of the project.
