摘要
南海某海上平台A中央空调冷凝器发生腐蚀穿孔泄漏,严重影响了海上平台设备的正常生产和作业者的正常休息,文章以冷凝器泄漏为背景,详细分析了冷凝器的失效原因,并提出了行之有效的解决措施。该研究工作为今后海上平台暖通空调的系统设计提供了参考,对海洋工程领域中的暖通空调系统设计完善具有一定意义。
Corrosion perforation leakage occurred in the central air conditioning condenser of an offshore platform in the South China Sea,which seriously affected the normal production of offshore platform equipment and the normal rest of the operators.The article analyzed the failure of the condenser in detail based on the condenser leakage and proposed accordingly.This research work provides reference for the system design of HVAC in offshore platforms,and it has certain significance for the design of HVAC systems in the field of marine engineering.
