摘要
连云港市正处于国家"一带一路"、江苏沿海开发和东中西区域合作示范区建设等五大战略叠加的机遇期,如何有效利用国际市场和国际资源,加快开放型经济新体制建设,加快港产城融合发展是目前面临的重要问题。从连云港市既有的港口优势和存在的不足入手,探讨如何抓住政策和承接产业转移的机遇,将机遇与本地优势相结合,走出一条适合连云港市情的"以港兴城聚产"的"港产城"融合发展的路径,以实现港城的高质发展,后发先至。
Lianyungang is in the period of five superposition opportunities,such as the Belt and Road,Jiangsu coastal development,the construction of the West,the middle and the East regional cooperation demonstration zone and so on.How to effectively utilize the international market and international resources to speed up the construction of a new open economic system,and to speed up the port-industry city integration are main problems. Starting from the existing port advantages and shortcomings of Lianyungang,the paper discusses how to seize the opportunity of policy and industry transfer,and combine the opportunity with the local advantage to find the development path suitable for Lianyungang prospering the city and gathering production based on the port as well as the port-industry-city integration,in order to realize the high quality development of the port city,first arrival despite late departure.
