摘要
目的提高基于3D打印支撑模具的板料双点渐进成形的成形性能,获得更好的成形参数。方法选择工具头直径、加工步长、进给速度3个工艺参数为因素,设计单因素实验,加工支撑模具半径为45mm的球冠,获得成形破裂角度,得到成形性能较好的工艺参数范围,确定成形性能较高的双点渐进成形方案。结果通过实验数据对比并综合表面质量、加工时间及成形精度等因素考虑,最佳工艺参数工具头直径为10mm(实验选择8,10,12mm),垂直层进给量为0.5mm(实验选择0.2,0.5,1mm),加工进给速度为400 mm/min(实验选择300~500 mm/min)。结论一定区域内工具头半径越小,垂直层进给量越大,工具头进给速度越大,板料成形性能越好。
The work aims to improve the forming performance of sheet metal double point incremental forming based on 3 D printing support die, and obtain better forming parameters. Three technological parameters such as the diameter of the tool head, the processing step and the feed speed were selected as the factors. The single factor experiment was designed to process the ball crown with the radius of 45 mm. The forming fracture angle was obtained. The process parameter range of good forming performance was obtained, and the two point progressive forming scheme with high forming performance was determined. The diameter of the best tool head was 10 mm(8, 10, 12 mm selected in experiment) and the feed rate of the vertical layer was 0.5 mm(0.2, 0.5, 1 mm selected in experiment) and the feed speed was 400 mm/min(300 mm/min selected in experiment) through the factors of the experimental data and the comprehensive surface quality, processing time and forming precision. In conclusion, the smaller the tool head radius in a certain area is, the greater the vertical layer feed is; and the greater the tool feed speed is, the better the sheet forming performance is.
