摘要
认为井眼轨迹井下闭环控制的地质导向钻井技术是集钻井、机械、电子、微电子、传感器、控制等技术于一体的高科技工程项目 ;井下闭环控制必需双向通讯通道 ,从井下到地面的上行通道已有现成的商品 ( MWD) ,而从地面向井下通讯的下行通道却无成熟的商品 .研究探讨下行通道的实现一种方法 :在地面按一定的规律对钻柱施加激励 ,井下检测激励造成的响应 ,通过一定的编、解码处理 ,即构成下行信号 .室内与油田试验证明 ,这种方法在正常的井况条件下可以实现信息传递 .
The wellbore track closed loop control of geologic steering drilling is a high scientific technological engineering project, and it incorporates the multi disciplinary technologies in drilling, mechanics, electronics, microelectronics, sensor and control etc. The closed loop control of the system needs a two way communication channel. The commercial products have been developed for the up channel from downhole to ground, but there have been no commercial products for the down channel from ground to downhole (downlink). The authors propose a method of realizing the downlink: a excitation is exerted on drilling string, the response of it in downhole can be detected, and then an available downlink signal can be acquired by the processing of coding and decoding. Laboratory and field tests show that the method can realize signal transferring under normal hole condition.
