摘要
目的 探讨选飞青年脑电图 (EEG)和甲状腺激素含量对考生高考成绩的影响 ,及其相互之间关系 .方法 对选飞考生进行了 EEG检查 ,按标准选择具有典型意义正常、异常各 75名 .用 RIA法测定其血清中甲状腺激素的含量 ,统计其高考成绩 .结果 EEG正常组的高考上线率显著高于异常组 (70 .7% vs2 5.3% ,P<0 .0 1 ) ;正常组 FT3 含量显著高于异常组 (6.1± 2 .2 ) vs (4.6± 1 .8) pmol· L-1 ,P<0 .0 1 ;TSH显著低于异常组 (3.7± 1 .6) vs (5.5± 2 .7) U· L-1 ,P<0 .0 1 .正常组、异常组 FT3 含量在上限的考生高考上线率显著高于含量在下限的考生 (73.7% vs54.6% ;36.6% vs1 6.7% ,P<0 .0 1 ) .结论 EEG和甲状腺激素含量对考生的智力水平有显著的影响 。
AIM To explore the influence of EEG and concentration of thyroid hormone on the enrollment ratio of the national college entrance in prepared pilots and the correlation among them. METHODS Chosen candidates were divided into 75 normal (group A) and 75 abnormal (group B) according to the result of EEG. The youth serum concentration of thyroid hormone were measured by radioimmunoassayand scores of the national college entrance examination were collected. RESULTS Enrollment of the national college entrance examination and serum concentration FT 3 of Group A were higher than those of group B [(70.7% vs 25.3%, P <0.01);(6.1±2.2 vs 4.6±1.8) pmol·L -1 , P <0.01]. The serum content of TSH of Group A was lower than that of group B [(3.7±1.6 vs 5.5±2.7) U·L -1 , P <0.01]. The top limit of concentration of FT 3 in Group A and group B was corresponding to the higher enrollment ratio of the national college entrance examination (73.7% vs 54.6%; 36.6% vs 16.7%, P <0.01). CONCLUSION EEG and serum concentration of thyroid hormone could significantly affect the scores of the national college entrance examination in prepared pilot youth.
