We have to handle the following relations in orders to develop the township enterprises;the relations between the township enterpreies and agriculture ;the relations between the township enterprises and the state-owned enterprises;the relations beween the elecentralized and unified distribution;the relations between reform and develop the relations between developing economy and protecting enviroment .
