摘要
本文研究了榄香烯对Ｈｃａ－Ｆ２５／ＣＬ－１６Ａ３肝癌腹水瘤细胞系的抗肿瘤作用。结果表明，体外试验榄香烯能直接引起肿瘤细胞变性坏死，整体实验中榄香烯也可使肿瘤细胞亚细胞结构改变。
In this paper, antitumor effect of elemene on tumor-bearing mice wasin vestigated.The results showed that the ascites hepatoma cells retrogress by effect of elemene directly.The ultrastructure of ascites hepatoma cell retrogress by effect of elemene in toto.These results suggest that elemene can inhibite the growth of tumor by making the cell retrogression.
