摘要
吲哚 -3 -乙酸和吲哚 -3 -丁酸在离子色谱仪Dionex 4 0 0 0i上使用荧光检测器进行检测。该测定采用 1 .0ml/min的 0 .4 5V/VCH3OH ,0 .0 1mol/lNa2 CO3的混合溶液作为淋洗液在DinoexOmniPacPAX -50 0柱分离。吲哚 -3 -乙酸和吲哚 -3 -丁酸的检测限分别为 0 .0 4 5μg/ml和 0 .1 67μg/ml,有良好的重现性和线性关系。对土壤样品进行测定 ,有较好的回收率。
indoleacetic acid and indolebutyric acid in soil are detected by Dionex 4000i ion chromatography with fluorescence detector. This experiment is performed by OmniPac PAX-500 column using 0.010mol/L Na 2CO 3, 0.45V/V CH 3OH as eluate.The fluorescene detector was measured in excitation and emission wavelengths of 285nm ,360nm,respectively.The detecting limit is 0.045μg/mL和0.167μg/mL for indoleacetic acid and indolebutyric acid,respectively, The method with linering、 selection and sensitivity can be used in trace amount indoleacetic acid and indolebutyric acid in soil samples.
