摘要
以益气养阴、活血化瘀、清热解毒、通里攻下为主的中西医结合综合疗法治疗重症急性胰腺炎，有改善胰腺血循环、抑制胰酶及吸收、促进肠蠕动、抑制细菌移位、保护肠道屏障、抗内毒素、抗菌等作用。采用本法可使重症急性胰腺炎的手术率由 ７７．５０％降至 ２９．５５％，总病死率由 ４０．５２％降至１１ ．３６％，改变了传统的早期手术观点。
Treatment of Severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) by comprehensive TCM therapy combined with western medicine for benefiting qi, nourishing yin, pro- moting blood circulaton, removing blood stasis, clearing heat and removing toxic substance showed that it can. improve the blood cireulation of pancreas, inhibit the absorption of pancreatin, promote the intestinal peristal- sis, protect the enteric barrier, counteract endotoxin and inhibit bacteria. The operation rate reduced from 77. 50% to 29. 55%and the mortality from 40. 52 to l 1. 36%. It indicated that the conventional view of eary operation of the treatment should be changed.
