环沟——双曲面节能衬板的研究与试验

摘要 环沟——双曲面节能衬板,是天津水泥工业设计研究院研制的一种新型组合式磨机衬板,可广泛应用于粉磨各种物料的磨机中。这种组合式衬板,是在粗磨仓安装环型沟槽衬板,增加钢球对物料的粉碎效率;在细磨仓安装双曲面分级衬板,增加钢球对物料的研磨效率,同时便于钢球的轴向分级。本文对这种组合衬板的节能原理进行了理论分析,并详细介绍了工业试验过程及结果。 Energy saving grooved and hyperboloid liners are new type composite liners developed by Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute, which can be used for grinding various materials. The composite liners consist of two parts, those installed in the coarse grinding compartment, are grooved liners which can help to increase crushing efficiency, while those installed in the fire grinding compartment are hyperboloid liners which will increase the attrition efficiency and better the axial classification of grinding media. This paper gives theoretical analysis of the composite liners. Industrial tests and results are also presented.
