摘要
利用形状记忆合金(SMA)的特性开发了一种新型的热静力式蒸汽疏水阀,并论述了形状记忆合金疏水阀的结构原理和动作特性,说明了SMA弹簧的设计方法.通过与另一种热静力式蒸汽疏水阀--双金属片式疏水阀进行分析和比较,表明形状记忆合金疏水阀的开发有良好的前景.
A new type of thermostatic steam trap is developed by exploiting the property of shape memory alloy (SMA). Its structure, operation principle, and actuation feature are discussed, and the design method of SMA spring is described also. Comparing the SMA steam trap with the bimetallic strip actuator, it can be found that the development of SMA steam trap have favorable prospects.
