摘要
通过驯化、筛选和富集培养 ,从制药厂和农药厂生化曝气池的活性污泥中分离到 2株能以二氯甲烷为唯一碳源和能源而生长的菌株。菌种初步鉴定为假单胞杆菌属和放线菌科分枝杆菌属。由正交试验得出GD1 1、GD2 3两株菌的最适培养条件 :GD1 1温度 2 8.5℃、pH6.0、纱布层数 6,GD2 3温度 2 5℃、pH7.2、纱布层数 4。研究发现NaCl浓度对菌株的降解率有不同程度的抑制作用。
Two strains identified as \%Pseudomonas\% and \%Mycobacterium\% that could grow with degrading Dichloromethane and take dichloromethane as the sole carbon and energy were isolated by enriching,screening and acclimatizing from pharmaceutical and pesticide factories active sludge. By a series of orthogonal tests,it was indicated that \%Pseudomonas\% GD11 could grow best at pH6.0,28.5 ℃,6 layers of gauze and \%Mycobacterium\% GD23 could grow best at pH7.2,25 ℃,4 layers of gauze. Meanwhile, inhibition to the degradation rate of Dichloromethane was obviously observed with increased NaCl concentration.
