该文综述了维生素A的发现、研究发展、医疗保健功效以及维生素A的分析方法．包括比色法、紫外分光光度法、荧光法和高压液相色谱法等。
In this article, the discovery, research development, health care functions and analytical method of vitamin A were reviewed. The analytical methods include colorimetry, ultraviolet spectrophotometry, fluorometry and HPLC etc.
