摘要
目的 :探讨颈部贯通伤的治疗方法及疗效。方法 :回顾分析 1985～ 1999年 18例颈部贯通伤的治疗情况。 15例行急症手术探查 ,6例先行气管切开术 ,6例术后行气管切开术 ;3例采取保守治疗。结果 :17例治愈 ,1例死亡 ,治愈率达 94 .4 %。结论 :处理颈部贯通伤 ,应根据病情 ,重症患者应立即手术探查 ,呼吸道不畅者应先行气管切开术 ,再行手术修复 。
Objective:To evaluate the manage methods for penetrating neck trauma.Methods:18 cases with neck fenestration trauma were retrospectively analyzed.15 cases were performed emergency operation,12 of which were performed tracheotomy,other 3 cases accepted conservative treatment.Result:17 patients were cured and one patient died.The cure rate was 94.4%.Conclusion:The emergency management for penetrating neck trauma depends on the degree of seriousness of the injuries.The serious cases should be managed by surgical exploration immediately.Tracheotomy should be first performed for the patients with dyspuea.
