溶菌酶和乳铁蛋白在慢性鼻窦炎黏膜中的表达 被引量:1

Expression of lysozyme and lactoferrin in the maxillary sinus mucosa of patients with chronic sinusitis

摘要 目的 :研究慢性鼻窦炎上颌窦开口处黏膜中溶菌酶 (lysozyme ,LZ)、乳铁蛋白 (lactoferrin ,LF)、IgA、IgG、补体等分泌免疫成分在局部防御慢性炎症过程中的作用。方法 :采用免疫组化SABC法 ,检测LZ、LF、IgA、IgG、补体C3在慢性鼻窦炎 2 0例 (Ⅰ型与Ⅱ型各 10例 )和健康对照 10例的上颌窦自然开口处黏膜中的表达。结果 :鼻窦炎Ⅰ型中LZ、LF明显高于健康对照 (P <0 .0 1)。鼻窦炎Ⅱ型中LF、补体C3明显高于健康对照 (P >0 .0 1)。 2例鼻窦炎Ⅰ型IgA为阴性 ,余均有不同程度的阳性表达。结论 :上颌窦窦口黏膜中LZ、LF、IgA、IgG补体等在慢性鼻窦炎病理过程中起一定作用 。 Objective:To study the local protective role of lysozyme(LZ)and lactoferrin (LF) and some other secretory immune factors in the mucosa of the maxillary sinus during chronic sinusitis.Methods:Expression of LZ,LF,IgA,IgG and complement C3 was determined with SABC immunohistochemical method in 20 samples from chronic sinusitis patients and 10 normal subjects.According to the presence or absence of nasal polyps, patients were divided into two groups.Result:In chronic sinusitis type I,the expression of LZ and LF was significantly higher than that in the healthy control( P <0.01).In chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps,the staining reaction to LF and complement C3 was significantly stranger than that in the healthy control( P <0.01).Two patients with chronic sinusitis type I were absence in IgA.Conclusion:LZ,LF,IgA,complements C3 secreted by the orifice mucosa of maxillary sinus may play a part role in the defence mechanism during the course of chronic sinusitis.The local immunological reaction may be different in the two types of sinusitis.
