摘要
由于高山峡谷、河道型水库等自然地理条件和市场经济体制、WTO、环境保护等形势 ,决定三峡库区工业发展战略的定位总的应是 :工业为次 ,突出其它产业 .在库区内 ,可适当发展旅游工艺品等工业 ,要特别禁止污染严重的工业 ;在泛三峡库区 ,可多在上游的重庆、下游的宜昌至枝城布设工业 ,在宜昌至枝城可多发展高耗能、高耗水的工业 .国家要对三峡库区的工业发展给予严格的规制 。
In the Three Gorges Reservoir District wing to its natural geographical conditions with high mountains and low gorges and river type reservoirs, market economy system, the entering of WTO and environmental protection, this paper points out the general orientation of its industrial development strategy should be, is the secondary white the others should be stressed. In the details, travel handcraft articles can be developed and the heavy polluted industries should be especially permitted inside the reservoir district. In the broad Three Gorges Reservoir District, industries can be arranged in Chongqing which is in the upper reaches of Yangtz River, and from Yichang to Zhicheng which is in the lower reaches of it, in which high energy consumption and high water consumption industries can be more developed. The government should stimulate the industry development strictly and give proper compensation to the loss resulted from it in the Three Gorges Reservoir District.
