摘要
抗日战争爆发之前，国统区的食盐运输主要采用商运制；１９４２年１月１日国民政府开始实施盐专卖制度。１９３７－１９４１年国民政府食盐运输制度承前启后，其变革有着十分重要的意义。本文着重就其变革的内容、特点及其意义进行述论。
Before the Anti－Japenese War,the commercial transportation system was mainly adopted. On Janury 1.1942,the Government of the Republic of China carried on salt monopoly system from 1937 to 1941. The salt system of the Government of the Republic of China had very important significance.This paper is a discription of the content,characteristic and sense to the reform.
