摘要
本文运用比较的方法 ,针对国内外刑事立法上老年人犯罪主体年龄、责任能力、处罚作了深入探讨 。
The article,by making use of comparisons,in view of the age and the responsibity ability and the punishabitity of the old crime of the criminal law in the eternal and the internal ,put forward his own views during the judicial application.
