摘要
通过对一台小型空气压缩机振动的测试与分析 ,找出了该机振动的主要激励源和主要影响因素 ,进而采取了改进措施 ,取得了较为明显的减振效果。根据分析结果 。
The air compressor studied here is a small one, which is mainly combined with a driving motor, an air pump and a compressed air container. The air pump has a single vertical cylinder. The whole air compressor is supported with four rubber wheels. When it works, it often moves automatically because of its serious vibration. In order to solve this problem, some tests and analysis on its vibration were conducted. By means of frequency analysis of its vibration, the following facts were found out: (1) most of the vibration energy locates at the frequencies of the first unbalanced inertia force and its higher order harmonics; (2) the vibration in direction Y has quite rich harmonic components. Further theoretical analysis also verified the facts above, in addition the analysis indicated that the mass distribution of the air compressor was very uneven, which induced the harmful couple vibration and the serious vibration of the machine. Based on the results of tests and theoretical analysis, some trial measures were taken. An obvious reduction of vibration was achieved. In addition, some proposals for its improvement were given out based on the vibration analysis.
