摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,对毒菌克杀菌剂中的有效成分病毒灵和甲基托布津进行分析,以苯甲酸甲酯为内标对这两种有效成分进行定量,线性关系良好。用于实际样品的测定,获得满意的结果。
In this paper, an analysis method for the determination of Dujunke Bactericide by HPLC using benzoic acid methyl ester as internal standard is introduced. The HPLC conditions are Hypersil ODS C18 column (5 um, 30 cm × 4.6 mmi.d), a mixture of V (MeOH):V (Water) =68:32 as mobile phase, the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min, the UV - detector was set at 210 nm. The RSD of moroxydine and Methylthiophanate are 0.16% and 0.94% , the coefficient of linear correlation are 0.998 9 and 0.999 6, the average recovery are 97.0% and 98.2% respectively.
