强骨宝2号对大鼠激素性骨质疏松影响的超微结构观察 被引量:2

Experimental Study of the Influence of QIANGGUBAO Ⅱ on Ultrastructureof Bone in Glucocorticoid-induced Osteoporosis Rats

摘要 目的 :探讨强骨宝 2号防治激素性骨质疏症的作用机理。方法 :将 32只 SD大鼠随机分为 4组 ,每组 8只 ,一组为正常组 ;另 3组灌服醋酸泼尼松 ( 4 .5 mg/ kg)造成骨质疏松模型 ,从实验开始 ,分别灌服强骨宝2号、骨松宝等药。于第 1 3周处死 ,取第三腰椎进行透射电镜下超微结构的观察。结果 :模型组标本大多为吸收相、退变相及死亡的骨细胞 ,强骨宝组标本中的成骨相和吸收相的骨细胞数量基本处于平衡状态。结论 :从微观结构上来看 ,强骨宝 2号能够拮抗糖皮质激素所致的骨丢失。 Objective:To observe the ultrastructure changes of glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis rats administrated with QiangGuBao Ⅱ(QGB Ⅱ) and investigate the mechanism of the effect of QGB Ⅱ.Methods:32 male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups. 8 each group.One group (Ⅰ group) was as the normal control,and the rats were given NS daily. The rats in the other three groups were administrated with prednisone(4.5mg/100g), twice each week(Tuesday and Friday).Among the tested three groups, one group was given NS daily from baseline as negative control group(Ⅱ group),and one group was given GUSONGBAO from baseline as positive control group(Ⅲ group),and one group was administrated with QGB Ⅱ from baseline (Ⅳ group). All rats were sacrificed 90 days after the baseline and the third lumbar wad taken for the electron microscopic observation.Results:The osteocytes of the Ⅱ group represented resorptive, degenerative and decreased ones.However,osteocytes of the Ⅳ group represented formative and resorptive ones, and the ratio of formative ones and resorptive ones was higher than the Ⅱ group.Conclusion:QGB Ⅱ is effective in preventing glucocorticoid induced ultrastructure changes of bone in rats.
