摘要
论述了我国西部开发水的问题是一个关键问题 ,提出城市污水采用氧化塘 (兼作蓄水塘 )处理技术 ,具有兼顾污水处理与回用的需要 ;能大幅度降低工程投资与运行费用和合理控制城市水污染等优点。这一污水处理与回用技术对西部干旱缺水的城市和建制镇 ,实现利用污水资源 ,发展林业和污水土地深度处理 ,减免城市水污染将起到重要作用。研究表明 ,到 2 0 10年 ,当城市周边实现污水灌溉林农业的土地面积达到城区面积的 2~ 4倍时 ,将有效促进干旱地区的生态林农业区开发 。
Water is the key point in the exploitation of Western China. The treatment technology of oxidation pond(it can also be used as impounding reservoir) can meet the need of sewage treatment and water reuse. The technology can reduce the project investments and the operation expenses remarkably,and it can control municipal sewage pollution well. The effluent can be reused well on developing forestry, grassland and farming of western arid regions. As researches show,before 2010,while the area of wastewater irrigation in forestry, grassland and agriculture amounting to 2~4 times than that of the city area,it will accelerate the development of ecotype forestry agriculture zone, the building of eco city,and the development process of urbanization efficiently.
