摘要
抓好医疗纠纷管理是各级卫生管理部门的一项重要职责 ,是衡量其管理水平的重要指标。本文介绍了“九五”期间 ,开展医疗纠纷管理的做法和体会 。
Paying close attention to medical dispute is an important responsibility of each health department and also an important judgement of their administration level. In this article, the author introduces practices and experiences of carrying out medical dispute administration. It is a better reference for hospitals and the higher authority on how to pay close attention to medical dispute.
