摘要
学科建设是医院建设的重要组成部分 ,它贯穿于整个医院发展建设过程中。重点学科的水平和数量是衡量一所医院水平的重要标志。我们通过发展重点学科 ,改善学科支撑条件 ,培养高水平的学科带头人以及扶持重点学科开展科研工作 。
Subject construction is the most important parts in developing hospitals. The quality and quantity of the key subjects are important signs of weighing hospitals. The author introduced experience of developing their hospital by increasing the numbers of key subjects, improving equipments as to provide better foundation, cultivating subject leaders and enhancing scientific research. These methods promote the whole level of hospital.
