摘要
为探讨大城市中军队小医院的管理 ,本文全面审视大城市中军队小医院面临的形势 ,牢固树立“三个代表”的建院指导思想 ,强化理论学习 ,把改革创新作为军队小医院发展的根本动力 ,加快医院全面建设 。
To discuss the management of the military small hospital in big cities, the author surveys the situation confronted with military small hospitals in the big city, and believes that guiding ideology of 'Three Represents Theory' should be established on the hospital construction, theory learning be intensified, the reformation and innovation be regarded as essential power of military small hospital to accelerate the all-around construction of the hospital and to promote the military hospital to develop healthily.
