摘要
目的 观察镓盐对维甲酸致骨质疏松动物模型血、尿中相关生化指标的影响。方法 用维甲酸建立大鼠骨质疏松模型后,实验分为4组:正常组(6只),骨质疏松组(6只),正常喂养;氯化镓治疗组(9只),25mg/(kg·d)氯化镓灌胃;雌激素治疗组(6只),给予雌激素0.2μg/kg,3次/周,腹腔注射,治疗2个月。结果 模型期骨质疏松组平均骨小梁宽度变窄,平均骨小梁间距变大,平均骨皮质厚度变薄,骨小梁百分比降低,血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)活性显著增高;镓盐及雌激素治疗后,平均骨皮质厚度变宽,骨小梁百分比增加,且可使显著增高的AKP和TRAP活性降低到接近正常组水平,骨钙素(BGP)呈上升趋势,而尿羟脯氨酸排泄量明显低于骨质疏松组。结论 镓盐具抑制破骨细胞的功能,并影响成骨细胞的活性。
Objective To study the influence of gallium salt on biochemistry index of serum and urine in tretinoin-induced osteoporosis of rats. Methods After duplicating osteoporotic model of rats by using tretinoin, the rats were divided into control group, osteoporosis group, gallium chloride treated group receiving 25mg/(kg·d) and estrogen treated group with 0.2/μg/kg three times one week. All rats were observed for two month. Results After duplicating osteoporosis model, the bone trabecular volume, trabecular thickness and the thickness of bone cortex were significantly reduced, the space between bone trabecular were significantly larger. The rat's activities of AKP and TRTP were significantly increased. Two months after treatment with gallium salt and estrogen, the thickness of trabecular and the thickness of bone cortex were significantly .increased. AKP and TRTP activities were decreased to the level being close to the control group and the BGP were being increasing trend. At the same time, the urine hydroxyproline was significantly decreased in comparison with osteoporosis group's. Conclusions Gallium salts have the function of restraining the activity of osteoclast and affecting on the activity of osteoblast.
