摘要
肺减容术是通过手术方法切除慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者受累的肺组织,减少生理无效腔,增加肺弹性回缩力,从而改善肺通气和血流[1].
3 cases of lung volume reduction surgery under thoracoscope were performed from Oct. 1998 to Oct. 2000 in our hospital. The effects were satisfactory. The lung volume reduction surgery is a new surgery for curing severe emphysema. The operative indication is for severe emphysema patients who were old people and have poor lung function. Because the surgery is difficult and dangerous, the demand for intraoperative nursing coordination is high. The nursing coordination essentials are summarized in this article.
