摘要
目的 :观察调 Q开关紫翠宝石激光治疗雀斑的临床疗效。方法 :选用调 Q开关紫翠宝石 75 5 nm波长激光治疗雀斑 6 4例。结果 :6 4例全部治愈 ,其中经 1次治愈 5 8例 ,经 2次治愈 6例 ,总有效率为 10 0 % ,未发生瘢痕 ,随访 3～ 2 4个月 ,无一例复发。结论 :调 Q开关紫翠宝石激光是治疗雀斑的一种新的方法。激光治疗雀斑疗效高、操作简单、安全、无副作用 。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Qswitched Alexandrite laser irradiation on the Ephelides. Methods:Using the Qswitched Alexamdrite treated 64 cases of ephilides. Results: 64 cases were cured, in which 58 cases were cured by once, 6 cases twice, total effective rate was 100%, no scar occured. Followed up 324 months, no case recured. Conclusion: It's a new effective therapy for Qswitched Alexamthite laser treatment in Ephelides. It's safe and free from side effect.
