摘要
文中通过对无线系统中调制域测频时序图的分析,研究了被测信号在连续时间标定,计数和高速数据处理中所出现的一些问题。通过对调制域测频原理的分析,给出了一般性测试系统结构框图和调制域测试的具体实现过程,找到了提高测试信号精度的方法。最后提出了实现调制域测试的几种关键技术:内插技术、无间隔计数技术和相位数字化技术。
This thesis studies the questions appeared in the time demarcate, account, and process of high speed data, through the analyze of modulation domain test frequency in radio frequency system. It gives the concretely process reality of general test system structure chart and modulation frequency test domain, through the analyzing the theory of modulation frequency. Then finds the way to improve the precision of test signals and finally puts forward several key technologies to realize the modulation domain test: inset technology, discontinuous technology and digitized phase technology.
