摘要
体育人文是一种体育思想理论体系、制度体系和对人类体育人文发展发生作用的影响力。健康第一是学校体育的指导思想 ,学校体育应该体现健康、快乐的教育形式。适应时代发展 ,形成体育特色教育方式 ,营造良好的教育环境 ,给学生创造一切条件 ,为学生身心健康、成长服务。
The gymnastic humanism is an influencing force of gymnastic ideology theory system and institutional system on the development of human's gymnastic humanism. Since health first is the instructional idea, the college gymnastics should be featured with the healthy and happy educational form, serves for the physical and mental health and the growth of the students by conforming to the development of the time, forming gymnastic characteristic educational method and constructing a good educational environment.\;
