摘要 目前测验编制中双向细目表存在明显的缺陷。三向细目表克服了双向细目表的缺陷。可从多元概化理论的角度提出和论证三向细目表的命题方法。 There are a lot of problems in CTT's method in test designing A new method,the Three way Table of Specifications Method,is discussed in the perspective of the Multivariate Generalizability Theory
