摘要
本实验把小白鼠的骨髓细胞 ,制成电镜染色体样品 ,探索了利用电子显微镜所产生的高度聚焦的电子束 ,将目标染色体或染色体片段与其他染色体或染色体片段分离、切割开的过程 ,检验了电子束分离、切割染色体的可行性和有效性 ,开发出了一套较为成熟的电子束分离、切割染色体的新技术或方法 。
In this article, the bone marrow cells of small mouse to chromosome specimens of electronic microscope were made,and the procedure to separate the target chromosomes or fragments of chromosome from other chromosomes or fragments of chromosome by highly focus electron beam of electronic microscope had been explored.The nature of workable and effective to separating or cutting chromosome by electron beam were examined.This new one technique or method of maturity for separating or cutting chromosome by electron beam can be used for researching chromosome and gene.
