摘要
文章从教学法、课堂管理及教师形象等方面分析了外籍教师在中国英语教学中的特点和优势 ,并通过调查研究提出了外籍教师在中国英语教学中经常出现的问题 ,进而针对这些问题采取了规范教学管理的具体内容。
The author analysed the advantages of native speakers of English to English teaching in China from different viewpoints such as teaching method,class-handling and teacher's images.Based on investigation and research,the author proposed the existing administrative solutions to problems which rose in an international team.
