摘要
本文对螺旋CT胆系成像术的临床价值、检查方法和三维重建技术进行了综合探讨,指出三维螺旋CT胆系成像术对于肝外胆管疾病的诊断、胆囊和胆管手术特别是腹腔镜胆囊切除术前后了解胆管树的解剖结构及变异情况有特殊临床意义,作为一种无创性影像学检查方法可以成为ERCP检查的补充或部分替代这种检查。
