摘要
本文通过对一些高校高水平运动队训练、管理方面的现状分析 ,力求探寻出面临的困难和存在问题的原因 ,总结成功的经验 ,提出了高校培养高水平运动员应采取的发展对策 ,目的在于进一步探讨其科学训练管理的新路 ,为迅速提高运动成绩 。
After analyzing the present situation of the training and administration of the high-level sports team in some universities,the paper tries to give the reason why many difficuties and problems are existed,and sumes up the experience of the success we have achieved.In order to provide scientific basis for the training and administration of the high-level sports team and to achieve more success,the paper points out a way to deal with the situation.
