摘要
通过实验的方法,对电液系统进行了局部故障模拟,提取了模拟故障的特征信号,并利用小波变换这一时变信号分析的有力工具,对信号进行了多尺度分析,通过对小波变换后系数的模量极大值的检测来确定故障发生的时间点,对突变信号进行有效识别.结果表明,小波分析方法应用于电液系统的故障诊断是可行的.
Fault symptoms signals were extracted by experiment which done in electro-hydraulic servo (EHS) by giving some simulated faults. Because of multi-scaling analysis in wavelet analysis, so it is a powerful tool for time varying signals. The time that the fault happens can be detected by analyzing the modulus maximum of coefficients. The abrupt signal can be identified effectively. The result shows that wavelet analysis is a practicable measure for fault diagnosis in EHS.
