摘要
目的 探讨苏木水提物对心脏移植排斥反应的抑制作用。方法 应用大鼠腹腔同种异位心脏移植模型。受体雄性SD大鼠 ,供体雄性Wistar大鼠 ,分为苏木大、中、小剂量组 ,环孢A(CsA)组 ,苏木加半量CsA组 ,对照组。术前 2d给药 ,术后第 3、5天抽血检测IL - 2 ,观察术后移植心脏的存活天数及心脏跳动情况。结果 苏木大剂量组及苏木加半量CsA组供心存活时间均较对照组明显延长 (P <0 0 5 ) ,心肌病理学损害较轻 ,与对照组相比血清IL - 2水平明显下降 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 苏木有较强的免疫抑制作用 ,可明显延长同种异体移植物的存活天数 ,减少CsA的用量。
Objective To investigate the immunosuppressive function of Caesalpinia Sappan L in rat allograft heterotopic heart transplantation models. Methods All groups consisted of Wistar donors into SD recipients, including large, middle and low doses of Caesalpinia Sappan L groups, CsA group, Caesalpinia Sappan L plus semidose CsA group and control group. Animals were given above drugs two days before operation, and blood samples were taken on the third and the fifth postoperation day for the measurement of IL-2. Grafts survival days and transplanted heart beating conditions were observed everyday. Results In large dose Caesalpinia Sapan L group and Caesalpinia Sappan L plus semidose CsA group, grafts survival days increased significantly compared with control ones( P <0.05), serum IL-2 dropped greatly compared with control ones( P <0.05), and myocardial pathologic damages were slight. Conclusions Caesalpinia Sappan L has immunosuppressive function because it can prolong the survival days of transplanted heart and can reduce the pathologic damage of the graft.
