摘要
用高抗BYDV的冬小麦品系R974 73与两个遗传背景不同的小麦品种杂交 ,对F1,F2 进行GAV株系的接种鉴定。结果表明 ,抗黄矮病性状的遗传变异和遗传决定度较高 ,其抗性遗传主要由基因效应控制 ,在组合R974 73×鲁麦 14号的F2 中呈 3∶1分离比率 ,组合R974 73×临丰
F 1 and F 2 of combinations Hybrided from winter wheat strain R97473 of high resistance BYDV and two wheat varieties of different genetic background, were evaluated with GAV plant strain.The results showed that the genetic variation and heritability in broad sense to the resists BYDV character were higher, and the heritability of resistance were mainly controlled by gene effect.The character appearance of separation of F 2 of combination R97473×Lumai 14 was 3∶1,while the apprarance of R97473×Linfeng 116 was rather complex.
