摘要
采用新型钛铁矿浮选捕收剂RST处理攀钢钛业公司占选钛生产原料 5 0 %以上的微细粒级原料。试验结果表明 ,对TiO2 质量分数为 19 75 %的原矿 ,脱硫后 ,以RST为捕收剂 ,草酸作抑制剂 ,硫酸调pH ,经 1次粗选 4次精选闭路流程选别 ,钛精矿品位达 48 2 8% ,TiO2 回收率为 79 9%。与生产上使用的MOS捕收剂及实验室用苯乙烯膦酸比较 。
The collection of fine ilmenite from magnetic tailings of vanadium titanium magnetite ore in Panzhihua Corp with the new collector(RST)is investigated The satisfactory result is obtained in circuit batch testing of flotation of fine ilmenite by using RST as a collector,oxalic acid as a depressant,and sulfuric acid as pH regulator. The grade of titanium concentrate is 48 3%,and the recovery is 79 9% at head grade 19 8%. Compared with MOS,styryl phosphonic acid,the reagents that are under research and practice,RST has obviously advantages of the ratio of function to price
