摘要
本文从网络化信息发展现状出发，指出了网络化信息存在的问题，并从加强专业性网络信息资源建设；创建新型网络信息查询浏览器，树立服务精品新观念，建立研究型服务模式；建立和完善网络著作权制度，规范网络行为；强化信息法规教育，净化网络环境等五个方面，提出了解决的对策。
This paper point out existing questions of the networking information by analyzing development status of networking information, and show to five countermeasures of solved the questions. First to strengthen construction on specializing network information resoures ; second to found indexing browser on new-type networking information ; third to set up new idea on serving high quality information and serving models of research type, forth to establish and perfect rele on network intellectural property, and to standard network action; fifth to force on education on informtion laws and to purify network envionment.
