摘要
目的 研究西洋参叶的皂苷成分。方法 以水提取 ,用多孔树脂吸附 ,乙醇洗脱得总皂苷 ,再用硅胶柱色谱分离和纯化 ,通过理化常数及光谱数据确定其结构。结果 共分得 5个化合物 ,经鉴定后分别证明为 :达玛 2 3 烯 3β ,6α ,12 β ,2 0s ,2 5 五羟基 3 O β D 吡喃木糖基 (1 6 ) β D 吡喃葡萄糖基 6 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖基 2 0 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖苷 (Ⅰ )、人参皂苷 Rb2(Ⅱ )、 Rb3 (Ⅲ )、 Rg2 (Ⅳ ) ,2 0 (s) 人参皂苷 Rg3 (Ⅵ )。结论 化合物Ⅰ为首次鉴定的新化合物 ,化合物Ⅳ ,Ⅵ为首次从西洋参叶中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the sapomins constituents of the dried leaves of Panax quinquefolium L..METHODS They were extracted by water and adsorbed by macro reticular resins,then eluted with ethanol and isolated by silica gel column chromatography.Their structures were determined by physical and chemical properties,as well as spectrographical identification.RESULTS Five compounds were isolated from the leaves of Panax quinquefollium L..Their structures were identified as 3β,6α,12 β,20 s,25 pentahydroxyl dammar 23 ene 6 O β D glucopyranoside 20 O β D glucopyranosyl 3 O β D xylopyranosyl(1 6) β D glucopyranoside(Ⅰ),ginsenoside Rb 2(Ⅱ), Rb 3(Ⅲ), Rg 2(Ⅳ),20(s) ginsenoside Rg 3(Ⅵ),respectively.CONCLUSION The compound Ⅰ was a new compound elucidated for the frist time.The compounds Ⅳ and Ⅵ were firstly isolated from the leaves of Panax quinquefolium L.
