21世纪医院发展的关键是学科发展和医学科研的进步,开展新技术、新方法、新项目,进一步提高医疗质量和水平。应着重做好几方面的工作:重视科研,加大投入;重视人才;正确定位;开展协作;找准切入点;加强技术输出。
Advancement in subjects and progress in medical scientific researches are keys to hospital development in the 21st century. It is necessary to develop new technologies, new methods, and new projects to further improve the quality and level of medical service. Thus, what should be emphasized to do is taking scientific research seriously and increasing investment, paying more attention to talent personnel, orientating correctly, launching out into collaborating, ascertaining key points, and strengthening technique output.
