摘要
提出了一种利用节点电压进行配网重构的方法 ,该方法将电压均衡指数作为目标函数 ,通过连续的支路交换操作来寻求配网的最佳结构。该方法在配电自动化系统中量测不足时也可行。该方法与以负荷均衡为目标函数和以网损最小为目标函数的配电网重构算法进行了比较 ,得到了相同的结果。计算结果还表明 ,该方法不仅可以提高供电电压质量 ,还能够达到降低网损和负荷均衡的目的。文中举了 2个应用算例 。
By use of node voltages a new network reconfiguration approach is presented in which the voltage balancing index is taken for objective function and the optimal structure of distributed network can be found through continuous branch exchanges. Under the condition that the measured data is not sufficient this method is also feasible. The comparison between the presented method and the method with distribution network reconfiguration algorithm in which the load balance is taken for objective function is carried out and the same result is obtained. The calculations still show that with this method not only the voltage quality of power supply can be improved, but also the objectives of reducing the network loss and balancing the loads can be attained. In this paper some practical calculation examples are given to validate the feasibility of this method.
