摘要
深入阐述了矩阵式变换器这一新型电源变换技术及其应用 ,特别是从等效交—直—交变换器的空间矢量调制方法出发 ,寻求交—交直接变换控制规律和双空间矢量 PWM调制技术 ,并按交—交直接变换控制方式实现了对矩阵式变换器建模和运行控制规律研究。仿真结果表明该直接变换控制具有优良的输入输出特性 ,证明了这一变换控制方法的正确性和可行性 ,更可将仿真中优化出的功率器件开关规律直接应用于矩阵式变换器的实际控制 ,为今后的实用化研究奠定了基础。
The matrix converter,a new'green'power source transformation technique,and its application are expounded in this paper.Especially,starting from the space vector modulation method of equivalent AC DC AC converter the rule of AC AC direct transformation control and the double space vector PWM modulation technique are obtained,and the modeling of matrix converter and the research on its operation rule are implemented with AC AC direct transformation control mode.Simulation result shows that the converter possesses good input output characteristics.Therefore,this transformation control method is correct and feasible,and the switching rule of power parts of the converter,which is optimized in simulation,can be used in the practical control of a matrix converter immediately.Thus,it lays a foundation for further practicability study of the matrix converter.
