摘要
使用人胚肌皮单层细胞培养技术对中药夏枯草提取物抗Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒作用进行了研究。结果:夏枯草提取物的无毒界限为≤1000μg/ml;四种给药途经中,同时给药途经、治疗给药途径、管外给药途径的最低有效量分别为50μg/ml、100μg/ml、250μg/ml;预防给药途经无效。
Laboratory investigation was made on the HSV-I-inhibiting herb,the extract of Prunella vulgaris L. through the application of culture rechnique using human-embryo muscle-skin monolayer cells. The results showed:The nontoxic limit of the drug to Cells was 1000 ug/ml. Among the 4 routes of drug administration with the simultaneous administration route,the therapeutic administration route and theextratubular administration route,the minimal effetive dose was found to he 50ug/ml,100ug/ml and 250ug/ml respectively; The preventive administration route, failed to prove effective.
